I’m from London, but frequently travel abroad to work for international artists and shows. I like to lead a design team with a collaborative approach, but am also happy to sit in my own world to create. I work as art director/design lead and enjoy translating designs onto complex projection mapped canvases. I basically like making beautiful images that end up being seen in all sorts of weird and wonderful places
I’ve made large scale screen content and projection mapped visuals for live music performance, international sporting ceremonies and large scale theatre prouctions - at some amazing London Studios like Luke Halls, Treatment, Paul Caslin, 247 etc. These shows have taken me to Kazakhstan, Peru, and a few places in between…
If you actually get this far…(!) My career stems from a lifelong passion for drawing, painting and making. I didn’t even know what after effects was until I was 19. I use a mix of media and blend digital and analog techniques wherever I can.
I work in both 2D and 3D and hand drawn animation, use found archive footage and analog vision mixing. I think this helps to keep a ‘real’ quality to my work.
