A 270 degree projection mapped ‘immersive theatre experience’, telling the story of Michelangelo, the Pope, and the Sistine Chapel. The show is a creation born from a collaboration of Marco Balich and The Vatican itself. The theatre is just moments from The Vatican City, and is now on year-round.

At Luke Halls Studio, I designed the 270° projection mapped visuals for two of the four Acts of the show. I worked with enormous scans of the entire chapel, and brought the paintings to life as well as creating atmospheric elemental imagery to help tell Michelangelo’s story.
